Annecy - France

Annecy is an alpine town in southeastern France, with cobbled streets, winding canals, and pastel-colored houses. It’s a bright and colorful place, especially striking when looking at the city’s heart, Lake Annecy. I hope to showcase the natural beauty of this lake in my painting. One of my clients provided a picture of the lake and asked me to paint it in his favorite colors: black, blue, and purple. I admit I was a bit nervous initially, but the painting was looking very good, and I enjoyed the way the scenery was coming together with these cool colors. Whenever I look at it, I felt a wave of calmness and peace wash over me. I love how this painting turned out! It is nice place to paragliding, that is what I am told.  One more place to visit if time and life permits.
